Apologies for the short notice folks, but The Catalysts talks will be re-opening on Wednesday 23rd September at 10.30am!

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, they will be taking place in the body of Calry Church, The Mall, Sligo, until our normal venue can be used once again.

The decision to move our talks to a Wednesday morning has been made in conjunction with Calry Vestry to facilitate cleaning of the church and to minimise cross-contamination between ourselves and Sunday Services.

We will be following all Covd-19 protocols.

A maximum of 50 persons will be allowed to attend.

Calry Church is already laid out very well to enable social distancing and we ask that you please wear your mask at all times when within the building.

We would appreciate you registering for membership when you come to the first meeting next week, the membership fee remains the same at €20 per person. You can also register at the Monday Walks or on Thursday at Boules.

We would appreciate your payment in cash only, then our Treasurer can lodge your payments at the local post office.

To kick us off, our first talk will be ‘A History of Strandhill’ by Peigin Doyle.

The programme will run from 23.09.2020 until 09.12.2020.

We will try our best to let you know of any changes to our plans, but this may not always be possible, if there is a funeral on a Wednesday for example.

The new brochure can be found under the ‘Programmes’ secion on this website, on our Facebook Page and on our WhatsApp Group. You will also be able to pick up paper copies at our Wednesday Talks, Monday Walking Group or if you come to play boules at Mitchel Curley Park on a Thursday morning.

We’re really looking forward to seeing you all after such a long break!
